Credence Property Services Ltd was formally established in 1994 specialising initially in lettings and quickly developing into property sales and financial services. In only 8 years Credence Property Services Ltd has now become a major force in the local property industry with business in sales and lettings far exceeding that of local competitors.

That reputation has assisted the company’s growth to such a degree that Mr. Roberts moved the Company into bigger high quality premises in Lewisham with a staff complement of 9 providing high quality services in sales, lettings and financial services. Within six months the Company was exceeding even its own financial targets and was soon ready to expand its services further into Brixton.

The Brixton office opened in May 2000 and has already allowed Mr. Roberts to make a strong business presence in the area. Mr. Roberts has received several personal accolades and business nominations for his business acumen and success.
