Connaught Independent Estate Agents is an old established family owned and run business which was started in 1983. We have a prominent office showroom at 1 Church Parade, High Street, Wealdstone, Middlesex, HA3 5DL.
We specialise in Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management. We also have an 'in house' Independent Mortgage Advisor on hand to assist with buying.
We offer 'free valuations' and 'no sale, 'no fee'. We regularly advertise our current properties locally. We have many waiting applicants on our register for sales and lettings.
We have a constant demand for houses and flats from first time buyers and companies re-locating to the area. Our letting department is always looking for more good quality homes to let to our many 'blue chip' tenants.
Our telephone lines are open 7 days a week from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm., and our office opening hours are as follows:-
Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm.
Saturday 9.00 am - 4.00 pm.
