Where sole selling rights (such as sole agency agreements) exist the vendor may be liable for agents fees even if a sale did not result from the actions of the agent. In these circumstances, LACOTS considers that statements such as "No Sale - No Charge" should not be used.
At Choices, we have no fixed sole agency period, you can dis-instruct us at any time if we don’t come up to scratch and we only charge commission if we make the sale.

Finally it is our policy that if you have signed a Sole Agency Agreement with another agent and if we end up selling your property, then if the other agent charges you a commission, we will deduct the full amount from our fee!
