Our office is in prime position opposite Hendon Central Station on the Northern Line. 'Chess' and 'Let One' were both established in 1986 specialising in residential sales and lettings. Up until November 2003 both were separate companies. David Prince the proprietor of ‘Chess’ and Marc Lee and Paul Grant the proprietors of ‘Let One’ decided in 2003 that their efforts combined would indeed make them one of North West London’s leading Estate Agents. As a family business we have built a solid reputation providing advice based on many years of experience. Stephen Marlow has been brought into the company brining with him 15 years of experience in the residential sales market.
