Chelsea International was established to provide a professional service to buyers and sellers alike in the Central London Property Market.
More importantly to cater for the needs of the International clients who account for around 50% of the market. With our many contacts in the States, Middle East and Europe, the company can really assist those buyers/sellers who wish to purchase property between the 300K and 3M price bracket.
Alongside the marketing of properties for sale, we can also assist clients with letting their property. Very often, we find that foreign clients and indeed local clients decide to rent on a short term basis before committing to purchasing a property. Again, our international client base will be a great benefit to those people wishing to let their properties for a very short time or on more permanent basis.
Who are the Directors?
The Directors are Arif Bokhari and William Morris and they have 25 years of experience between them in Central London and the Greater London market. They are in the best position to advise clients on all aspects of selling or letting their properties. William Morris also has considerable experience in assisting prospective purchasers to buy property as well within SW3, SW10, SW7 AND W8.
William Morris has over five years experience in helping buyers and sellers in a wide variety of markets. His experience has enabled him to deal effectively with a number of different scenarios which often present themselves during the course of property transactions. Arif has had twenty years experience in letting, developing and managing residential and commercial property and as a result possesses a wealth of contacts and intricate knowledge of the market which is second to none.
Both Arif and William believe with this combined experience, Chelsea International has an armoury of skills and knowledge enabling the company to provide a truly fantastic service to each and every one of its clients.
