Capital Sidcup & Capital Bromley are a well established, professional Estate Agency specialising in residential property. We are a dedicated team who you can entrust with the diligent sale or letting of your property.
The company was first set up by Robert Tancred (MNAEA) in 1996, focusing purely on property lettings and management. Robert was previously employed as a Lettings Manager in another successful Independent Letting company in the Wandsworth area.
Capital have seen steady growth year on year, which resulted in a move to much larger premises in December 2002. In 2004 Capital won silver for 'Estate Agent of The Year' and then gold in 2005. This achievement was followed by winning 'Letting Agent of the Year' in 2006 and in April 2006 Robert opened another office in Sidcup.
The Sidcup office is managed by Richard Turell (FNAEA). Richard lives in the area with his family and has been helping people move for nearly 25 years. He is currently serving his 4th term as Chairman for The West Kent Branch of The National Association of Estate Agents.
Capital now cover all areas of the property market including; sales, lettings, development, management, land and new homes. Financial services are also offered, such as mortgages and investments.
We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents, which ensures all owners that we are bound by the terms laid down by the Association.
