Bullman Booth commenced trading in August 1989, following a Management buy out by the Area Manager, Philip Bullman, which included the highly successful Clapham branch, of Ellis & Co.

Philip Bullman had a simple mission, to build a successful agency that majored on service and communication. Thirteen years later a majority of Bullman Booth business is from personal referrals.

With the advent of computer systems, the Internet and e-commerce, Bullman Booth has developed a reputation for achieving the best market prices, through the use of sophisticated professional appraisal systems for valuations.
