Borron Shaw was estabished nearly 30 years ago. Partners Derek Smith and John Pendlebury have had a long association with estate agency with forty years experience between them. Both were involved in the well known local agency Hilton Leyland, once the premier estate agency in Wigan, leaving to run Borron Shaw in 1997. The Partners are fully qualified and hold the industry recognised, "Certificate in Residence Estate Agency", which means you receive professional advice when selling your property.
