Blacks Residential Lettings is a fresh and exciting company which was formed in 2007 with an aim to provide a much more comprehensive and individual service.
With many years experience gained working in all housing sectors such as local authorities, Housing Associations and Private Sector Housing , covering many North East areas including - Darlington , Redcar & Cleveland, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Stockton and Durham , Wear Valley and South Shields.
All too often Managing Agents only offer two packages which include tentant finding and full management. These can be restrictive and confusing therefore we at Blacks Residential Lettings believe that each client has individual needs, depending on things such as, living abroad, size of portfolio or even being a new and inexperienced Landlord. Blacks will tailor our packages to suit you.
We endeavour to assist you in any and every step of the rental process and will never inform you that we do not provide any service.
