Details of your property are uploaded instantly from our office to each web portal which attracts millions of visitors every month from potential tenants.

We enthusiastically market your property carrying out viewings up to 7.30pm Monday to Saturday. This means that when most other agents are closed Rent Team are still marketing your property. You will be kept up to date with the progress of the let and informed of any feedback we are receiving from potential tenants.

Rent Team offers Landlords an exceptional Property Management service at only 7% (plus VAT) of the monthly rental income.

Our Management Department is open 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. To ensure peace of mind we provide a 24 hour 7 days a week emergency number for both Landlords and Tenants.
