Managing Director Jonathan Atkinson who already owned a very successful firm of Chartered Surveyors decided to look at the bigger picture, to offer Clients a complete Property Service and opened his new office in Oxton Road, Birkenhead.
Jonathan was determined to offer a high profile and successful Estate Agency service to Birkenhead Town Centre.
Our Team has several years experience in the Property Service industry. The Residential Sales Team is headed by Elaine Benson who was born in Birkenhead and has a wealth of knowledge in Estate Agency on the Wirral for over 20 years. Elaine’s top priority is to provide the highest level of Customer Care to all our clients.
Jonathan Atkinson who lives on the Wirral is a Chartered Surveyor being a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and in residential agency for over 20 years. Jonathan has a team of experienced Chartered Surveyors working out in the field dealing with all aspects of surveying and valuation, and was at the forefront of a pioneering franchising set up of a corporate Estate Agency business.
We have invested heavily in technology providing high quality Property Sales Details, which include digital photographs and floor plans. All properties will be marketed on our own Website, Findaproperty.com and Rightmove, SMS texting to buyers on our database and of course, local Newspaper Advertising. We have also invested heavily in our new Show Room to market our Client’s properties.
We not only deal with Residential Sales but Lettings, Surveys, Valuations, Commercial Properties and Mortgage Advice provided by the Mortgage Advice Bureau.
