Let-Only Service
Upon receiving your instructions we will advertise and market your property, this includes on our website and in the local press. We will liaise with potential customers and carry out accompanied viewings. Terms will be negotiated along with the taking of applications and obtaining references. A detailed inventory will be prepared (if required) and further advice on letting requirements will be provided if necessary. We remain dedicated to the quick and effective letting of your property. The day-to-day management of the property will then be the responsibility of the landlord.
Full Management Service
We recognise that once a property has been successfully let, the effective management of it is crucial. Our aim is to maximize your income. The service is essentially the same as the Let-Only service, but with some crucial differences. The day-to-day management of your property will be taken over by us. This will mean a full inventory will be completed; combined gas and electrical safety inspections and all legal processes will be covered. We will also take away the stress of repairs and fully qualified independent contractor will carry out maintenance of the property.
