Andrew Ward Estate Agents was established with the opening of our first office in Potters Bar, March 1988. Since then we have opened a further two offices located at Brookmans Park and Barnet. We are completely independent and therefore have no hidden alliances to any Banks, Building Societies or Insurance companies, as so often is the case with Estate Agents these days.
Those of you with a longer memory may recall the firm ‘Derek Ward and Partners’, who were established in 1960, and at their peak had six offices in Broxbourne, Brookmans Park, Potters Bar, Barnet, Whetstone and Oakleigh Park. Derek Ward is in fact Andrew's father, and therefore the 'Ward' name has become synonymous with Estate Agency over the past 50 years or so, particularly in the Barnet, Potters Bar and Brookmans Park areas.
Since opening, the company has expanded in all sorts of different ways and is very proud of its record. Wherever possible we employ local staff, which is invaluable, as they are familiar not only with the roads, but schools and transport. Our aim is to provide our clients and customers with a straightforward, honest and reliable service.
