Allan & Bath was established in 1898 and is the largest and oldest established firm in Residential Lettings in Dorset. We offer our landlords and tenants the security of a highly experienced, professional and enthusiastic organisation to ensure we respond promptly and effectively.

We are not a firm of Estate Agents with a small 'letting department' but we are a dynamic and locally based firm dealing only with residential lettings. Every property we manage has a Personal Property Manager based in our Bournemouth Head Office who, when the property is let, will be the named single point of contact for both Landlords and Tenants thereby ensuring familiarity with the property, ease of communication and a prompt response to calls.
