Our fully qualified and experienced staff have at least five years local property knowledge and are all trained with the Association of Residential Letting Agents, for your peace of mind.

Marketing has seen a major change over the past five years with an easier and more accessible advertising tool coming top of the pile - the internet. With around 80% of all enquiries coming from different internet sources, this is where we have decided to place our money. Alexander Chase continue to adapt to the advertising market and will continue to do so in the future, this will make it quicker and easier to get properties seen by potential clients and will allow us to continue to offer our dynamic and innovative service.
