AEM Properties lineage dates back through to 1963 when it started selling houses under the name of Atkinsons.
We deal with residential properties mainly in Enfield and surrounding areas.
We also deal with commercial properties mainly in Enfield and surrounding areas with some further a field, for a variety of purposes and are always looking for new Landlords and Properties as well as Tenants.
Residential Management
On the residential side, we act behalf of landlords by placing new tenants in properties, collecting rents and looking after the maintenance of the property. We are happy to provide insurance backed guarantees in the event that a tenant does not meet their liabilities which in turn provides financial support to remove a defaulting tenant. Commercial Property Management
AEM Properties looks after a number of commercial offices, shops, factories and workshops on behalf of its landlords. This covers all aspects of management from the collection of rents and overseeing repairs to rent reviews. Block Management
We are appointed by landlords and management companies alike to look after blocks of flats in various locations in and around the Enfield area. In this capacity we are responsible for collecting the various service charges for insurance and property maintenance. We supervise the maintenance of the property and deal with the general administration thereof. It is our aim to help relieve some of the duties from the landlord or management company directors by assisting in all aspects of the general maintenance of the property. As necessary often act as company secretary to the management companies and are happy to attend the Annual General Meetings and are pleased to provide independently audited annual accounts.
