A & M Property Services have been letting and managing properties in Bexleyheath, Bexley, Sidcup, Erith, Crayford , Dartford and the surrounding areas since
1996.
One of the partners in the business, Avril Field, was also the manager of the lettings arm of Halifax Estate Agents from October 1997 to February 2004 having set up and developed the lettings portfolio for Halifax in the area from a standing start.
A & M acquired the lettings business from Halifax in February 2004 after they had decided to sell it to concentrate purely on sales and we have continued to offer the same high standard of service to both landlords and tenants.
Our offices are situated in Iris Avenue on the borders of Bexley and Bexleyheath and provide problem free parking for our clients. Bexleyheath is well catered for in the form of shops, restaurants and bars and it is a short drive or bus journey to Bluewater Park which is the largest shopping centre in Europe. Trains from stations in the area
provide easy access to London via London Bridge, Charing Cross and Victoria.
