9% Property Management, www.9percent.co.uk, is a family run firm located in central Edinburgh. With no shop front we minimise our costs enabling us to pass on these substantial savings to our customers. We manage rented properties in Glasgow and Edinburgh. We started trading in 2006, but we have been involved in the buy-to-let market since 1998 with our own portfolio of flats.

We believe we have one of the most competetive price structures in Scotland. We charge a management fee of 9% of the rental value of the property. There is a £:95 charge for finding new tenants which includes marketing costs.
